Processing and Dispatch Time

Order processing or dispatch time may vary based on product availability, store working hours, payment confirmation, billing process, delivery partner availability and customer address.

Where delivery is available, same-day, next-day or scheduled delivery is subject to store confirmation and serviceable location.

Shipping Coverage

SUNNY ELECTRONICS may serve customers in Jaipur, Rajasthan and nearby areas. Some locations, remote areas or restricted zones may not be serviceable depending on delivery partner availability, product type and store policy.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

If a courier or delivery partner is used, tracking details may be shared by SMS, WhatsApp, email or call when available. Some local deliveries or remote-area deliveries may not have live tracking.

Shipping Charges and Payment

Handover Check

At the time of pickup or delivery, customers should check product model, colour, RAM/storage variant, box condition, seal, invoice, IMEI/serial number, accessories and visible damage before accepting the product.
